Paint color(s) to be used

For above drop down boxes, follow the steps below.
Step 1: Select the Paint Manufacturer, Sherwin-Williams (SW) or Dunn-Edwards (DE), even if you will be using another paint manufacturer.
Step 2: Click the Body Color box and select the body color you wish to use. These are the only approved Body Colors.
Step 3: Click on the approved Trim Color and select the trim color (or none) associated with the approved body color. If you are using paint from a manufacturer other than Sherwin-Williams or Dunn-Edwards, you MUST obtain a paint chip from either Sherwin-Williams or Dunn-Edwards matching your approved choice.
Step 4: If applicable, take the paint chip(s) to the paint company you have chosen and have them LASER match the SW or DE color chip.

Supporting Documents

Accurate drawings must be attached using your lot dimensions showing the location and specification of proposed additions. Please provide a list of plants and materials showing manufacturer and part number (and color where appropriate).

For room additions, or anything that must tie into the roof-line, an elevation of the proposed structure must also be attached. All work must be completed within 120 calendar days from ARC approval.
