Indemnify FVHOA & Responsibilities*

I, the homeowner as noted below, hereby request to reserve the pool, cabana, and enclosed area and accept full responsibility for my guests, in accordance with the Fairfield at Rancho Vistoso No.1 Homeowners Association (FVHOA) CC&R’s, and the Pool Rules and Regulations . I further understand and accept liability for any damages to the pool, common area, it furnishings and structure caused by the actions of my guests. I agree to indemnify and hold harmless FVHOA, the Board of Directors and Management from all losses, liability, damage and expenses (including attorney fees) resulting from any injury or damage in any way associated with the use of the facility. I further agree to abide by the State of Arizona alcohol drinking requirements. Upon completion of my event, I agree to place in the trash receptacles or remove from the recreation area, all trash (cans, paper, food waste, etc.) that is generated by my event.
