Antech Corporation manufactured and installed the new gates. Due to a technical problem the exit gate will be open and this should be remedied next week. Please use caution as this may cause wildlife to enter our community.
Antech will be the vendor for gate maintenance and access control. Our previous gate vendor, Kaiser, will transfer homeowner’s gate codes, clickers, access cards, and headlamp strip data to Antech. The Board is working with both parties with the objective of a seamless transition.
As we all have experienced, when data is transferred gremlins may appear. The Board asks for your understanding and patience if problems arise.
