Update on Exit Gate
The part has been ordered for the left side of the exit gate. Unfortunately the needed part, a capacitor, may take 1-2 weeks to arrive. We are inquiring if expedited shipping is available. The failing capacitor was causing the gate to not open sometimes and residents were having to use the entrance gate to exit. The gate will remain open for safety until it can be repaired. On the bright side, 4 capacitors have been ordered for all 4 gates. Hopefully this will assure that the same problem doesn't happen to the other gates. Thank you for your patience, Fairfield Board
