As an update to last months Announcement, no easement has been granted for our drainage areas onto the golf course property at this time. However, Fairfield is performing necessary maintenance on the Drainage #2 area.
This is in conjunction with the newly implemented and required Town of Oro Valley Drainage Inventory. It was determined that the flow of storm water should not be hindered. Further more, the water was designed to flow onto the golf course.
Fairfield is not performing any major change to the initial design and is only repairing the drainage system that is no longer being maintained by the golf course property owner. This maintenance is to relieve the ponding caused by this year’s monsoon season.
