Greetings Fairfield Homeowners,It has come to the Board’s attention that trees are being removed outside of Fairfield lot property lines. The Board does not want to alienate the community but this is private property. Though this is outside of the Board’s purview, the Board cannot condone this activity. Furthermore, if you have had trees and shrubs cut-down and the limbs and trunk portions have not been removed, this creates a fire hazard for adjacent lots and homeowners.Sincerely,The Fairfield HOA Board
