There are concerns expressed about garbage containers being placed in front of homes the night before the scheduled Tuesday trash pickup. This practice is an invitation to our local wildlife friends for dinner, is unsanitary, and creates a mess for you and your neighbors. It also is a violation of our CC&Rs: “Rubbish, garbage or other trash not capable of being kept in said containers shall be kept in other appropriate containers and screened from view of neighboring Lots and streets until the date of pickup by a trash collection service.” Please put your garbage containers out the morning of pick-up (Tuesday) and remember to move them back out of view when emptied on Tuesday.
