Greetings Fairfield Homeowners,
As many of you have experienced, our gates can be problematic, frequently needing repair. In addition, many homeowners have expressed a wish to have the gates updated with a new design to enhance our neighborhood appearance and property values. The Board solicited volunteers a few times during the Fall of 2020.
