The Gate Committee has been working since last July on a new gate design and the replacement of the current mechanical system. The Committee researched 8 vendors for gate fabrication and replacement of the mechanical system and narrowed the choice to 4 vendors. The Committee considered approximately 30 gate designs and narrowed the design concept to 2 gates.
The Committee has recommended the following two options to the Board. The CAD’s pictured are a depiction of the “gate concept”. They do not represent the exact gate design. Height, metal thickness, and slight design modifications might be required for fabrication.
The Board is now polling homeowners to assist in making the final gate design choice.
Please contact a Board member with your preference between Gate A and Gate B. Please respond no later than Monday, Feb. 21.
