Happy Spring Homeowners,
As many of you have seen, our new mailboxes have been installed! The USPS will install the locks for the parcel boxes and master doors for delivery. We expect this to happen near the end of this week or the beginning of next week. Another website Announcement and email will be sent to notify homeowners of the transition to the new mailboxes. The old mailboxes will be removed as soon as the transition is complete.
Board members will be at the mailboxes today, Wednesday, April 7 and tomorrow April 8th from 2:00 to 3:00pm to distribute keys. We will add more days as needed. Homeowners may also contact a Board member to arrange to receive keys. We have 3 keys for each mailbox.
Homeowners that are renting, email a Board member to authorize your keys be given to your renters or to arrange to receive your keys.
