The Fairfield HOA Board is undertaking a drainage inventory assessment to comply with the Town of Oro Valley Code. The assessment process should help the HOA in it’s quest to gain an easement for outflow onto the old golf course.
As noticed with our recent July heavy rains, a remedy needs to be undertaken to prevent ponding  outside our property. However, it was comforting to notice that our drainage did not get to capacity and outflow was manageable.
This drainage area is on Mulligan and the picture was taken during our recent monsoon.
