Design Guidelines revised 04-01-2021

The Fairfield Design Guidelines have been revised effective April 1, 2021.  Please discard copies dated prior to April 1, 2021.

Homeowners may download a copy of the Design Guidelines from the website. After logging in, click on HOA Documents and locate the Design Guidelines revised 04-01-2021.  Click on ‘VIEW/DOWNLOAD’.  After downloading the guidelines, save to your computer and print if you wish to have a paper copy.

In addition, all Fairfield Residents may access the Guidelines on the main website page before logging in by scrolling down the page to HOA Documents.
