Greetings Fairfield Homeowners,
The Board approved a revision of the Design Guidelines at the December 22, 2021 meeting. The revision is contained in Section G. Approval and Completion of Improvements. The purpose is to mitigate negative impacts to neighbors and/or the community such as noise, parking of construction vehicles, the storage of materials/equipment, and hours of construction during exterior and interior construction projects.
