Greetings Fairfield Homeowners,
The Board has amended “Section IX Committees” in the ByLaws. The title of “9.5 Maintenance Committee” has been changed to “Ad Hoc Committee” and the term of office has been changed from 60 to 360 days. The Mailbox, Gate, and Common Area Revitalization Committees are examples of Ad Hoc Committees.
