Amazon has approached the HOA seeking permission for Amazon to install a
remote entry device that can only be used by Amazon. The installation and
maintenance are at no cost to the HOA. The HOA can have the device removed at
any time.
The steps for usage are:
Amazon driver requests access via their delivery app.
Amazon confirms driver’s ID, route, location, and time of request.
Once the information is verified, the driver receives time-limited access.
Driver delivers packages to address and exits.
The delivery times will be 7:00 a.m. – 9:00 p.m.
