Greetings Homeowners and Renting Residents,
If you have been issued a vendor gate code, the codes are active Monday – Saturday from 7:00am – 5:00pm. If you need to allow a vendor to visit your property outside of these times, the vendor may call from the gate phone/keypad and you can press “9” on your phone for them to enter.
Please remember that your personal gate code is to be used by the resident only. For our community safety and security, do not give your personal code to others.
Amazon has a secure system for entrance into our community. Other deliveries can be made by calling the recipient from the gate phone/keypad.
