Greetings Fairfield Homeowners,
The Board has approved the Operating Budget for 2022. Economists and utilities are predicting significant increases in electricity, water, and gas costs. In addition to these expected increases, some of Fairfield’s vendors have increased their rates of service. This is due in part to supply chain and inflationary issues.
The Board, after careful consideration, approved a $5 increase to the monthly HOA dues assessment at the December 22, 2021 Board meeting. The new monthly total is $115 effective February 1, 2022.
