Our 2022 Annual Meeting is scheduled for Tuesday, March 22 at 4:00pm. The meeting will be held at the cabana unless COVID-19 restrictions necessitate a zoom meeting.
One of the agenda items will be the election of one position on the Board of Directors. This position will be a 3 year term. This position is due to Fred Wayand’s resignation effective on March 22.
The self-nomination form is available on the Fairfield website under “Forms”. The deadline for submission is Tuesday, Feb. 22, 2022, at 4:00pm.
After completing the self-nomination form on the website it will be emailed from the website directly to HBS Management Solutions.
