Neighbors pointed out the overflowing garbage can by the mail box. They had picked up the debris from fast-food wrappers that were surrounding it on the ground, this am
They asked who was responsible for emptying it as it is FULL. They thought it was the gardener, I suggested it might be CISCO.
Please reply and identify the responsible party.
