The home of Kevin Neggia at 1128 W Titleist has black metal material installed on top of their wall in their front yard. This appears to be 24 inches in height. Next to the driveway near the gate to the front door they have added white stone material. They have installed a new decorative gate that leads to the backyard. I saw these additions yesterday while walking in the neighborhood. I am very concerned that they may not have had these things reviewed by our HOA and may not have permission to do this. If this is the case I could like to have them notified of this violation and remove the material on the wall. I believe other homes in Fairfield with similar wall decor are Grandfathered in. The black material used does not blend with our neighborhood.
