Our neighbors at 13878 N Slazenger dr installed a large TV and excessive lighting on their patio. All of which is visible on our patio. We find this quite disturbing and diminishes our enjoyment of the beautiful, dark and quiet AZ evenings. I find the TV lighting not befitting of our tranquil neighborhood. As I read the HOA guidelines/regulations my understanding is that these kind of additions should be approved by the HOA and they should not be seen from the street nor impact the adjacent home.
