Description of work to be done
Addition of an outdoor grill area, just outside our patio door off the dining room. It will extend about 6′ out, at an angle toward out Southeast property line, and then go East about 8′ so that guests may sit on both sides. The finish will be painted stucco, to match the house, and the countertop will be colored concrete to match the tiles in our current outdoor walls. I have attached a drawing showing the placement on our lot, and the contractor is amending drawings, if you would like them, and will send them to me over the weekend. Please let me know if you need anything else. I have told the contractor absolutely no work on the weekends that involves noise of any sort. They would like to begin removing some pavers to prepare the site on Friday, July 9th, but will not begin construction until we receive approval. Thanks!
