Raised plant bed and drainage system for the poor drainage, and pavers of an 18 x 18 area of yard. Tile work on patio will be done following.

Gravel load: 8-10 ton, all w/caution signage/cones for safety.

This yard was neglected by previous owners; the drainage is not effective, the irrigation is in ruin, and the gravel is lacking. Cisco is replacing everything necessary, plus extending the patio. No neighbors will be effected, cones will be placed by materials which do not fit in yard. Work will be done as soon as possible/acknowledged by HOA. Delivery of materials are awaiting the acknowledgment.
