Description of work to be done
Replace east facing window that is failing. The new window to be installed will look exactly the same as one that is there now. On 4/21/2021 OpenEnclose will take detailed measurements and collect a down payment. The one day replacement work will take place approximately in the middle of July 2021. It will take up to 2 weeks for the stucco to be repaired and up to another 4 weeks for the painting to be completed.
