Description of work to be done
Add pavers to our side yard. Remove existing pavers and replace with approximately 680 sf of new pavers. Starts at the side yard entry gate and extends to approximately the end of our home. See picture. At the entry gate, the pavers will be placed up to the edge of neighbors home wall for approximatly 8 feet & will then curve out and run parallel to the neighbor wall leaving a space between neighbor wall and pavers of approximately 1′. Our neighbors, George and Sharen Schranz, have approved this plan.About 20 feet from the entry gate, we will add a small planter box. We will also be adding a fountain at approximately where the common wall begins at rear of property. The fountain will be filled with water manually and will use a small fountain pump to keep water flowing.

There is 1 roof water drain in the side yard without a downspout, We will dig a small trench and add a 4″ PVC drain pipe to drain the roof water out just past the back yard fence. A downspout will be installed and connected to the drain pipe.

The project should take about 3 to 4 weeks. Any materials will be placed and stored on our driveway or back yard. Nothing will be placed on the street. Workers will start work after 7am and end before 4pm.

Approximately 680 SF of concrete pavers. Drain pipe is 4″ PVC and will run approx 50′ to back area beyond the fenceline.
